I am Professor for Human Resource Management at the Business School of the Furtwangen University (Black Forest) in Germany, teaching HRM and research methods for bachelor and masters students. Previously I have been Global Head of Recruiting at computer firm SAP. My main interests lie in talent management, employer branding and social media.
