Brett is Head of Health & Protection and jointly leads the Employee Benefits Consulting division at Broadstone, a leading pensions, investment and employee benefits consultancy. With over 25 years’ experience in the health and protection industry, Brett leads Broadstone’s growth in this market having held roles with insurers in sales, underwriting and proposition development, followed by senior leadership positions in the intermediary market.
