Christiana Vonofakou, DPhil, is Head of Strategic HR Projects for the Industrial Business Unit at TE Connectivity. She was previously Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Inclusion & Diversity at TE Connectivity. Prior to joining TE Connectivity, she spent several years as an Executive Search Consultant with international search firms in London, focused on executive management placements into high growth technology and digital / ecommerce businesses.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford. Her DPhil thesis focused on inclusion and diversity, examining ways of reducing prejudice and discrimination towards minority groups. She is the author of various psychology articles, investigating the impact of contact on intergroup relations. She is bilingual in German and Greek and fluent in English.
