Deborah Goodall is a specialist communications coach and a co-founder of Fruitful Conversations. Her work focuses on engaging communication and the mental strategies that underpin it.

Storytelling is an integral part of her work and since 2001, she has helped hundreds of organisations put story approaches into place for organisational change, leadership and engagement purposes.

She has also worked with senior business leaders, modelling and deconstructing their best communications approaches, to develop as a learning resource for others.  

She is a Member of the Association for Coaching, an NLP Master Practitioner, a graduate of Henley Business School’s Coaching programme and has additional training in Clean Language, Team Coaching and facilitation. Her earlier career spans more than 20 years in senior roles in change communication for global healthcare businesses. Her clients now include senior executives and teams from financial services, pharmaceuticals, utilities, the public and voluntary sectors, scientific bodies, as well as consultancies and NGOs across Europe.
