Ian MacRae is Head of Workplace Psychology at Clear Review – the performance management company that enables more meaningful and continuous employee feedback. He is a well-known speaker and expert on workplace psychology, motivation, and performance, and has authored five books including High Potential: How to spot, manage and develop talented people at work, and Motivation and Performance: A guide to managing a diverse workforce.
Ian also co-developed the High Potential Trait Indicator with Adrian Furnham, which is an assessment of personality and leadership potential, and is used by tens of thousands of people in more than 50 countries around the world.
Ian holds a BA (Hons.) in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and completed an MSc Research Methods in Psychology from University College London in 2012, focusing on personality and leadership.
