Prior to working at Elliott Scott HR, Jaime had an 8 year long career in HR across the US, Europe and Asia, working as an HR manager at a Hedge Fund in New York, before transferring to the firm’s London office.
Jaime gained experience across all aspects of HR including; talent acquisition, organisational development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment and global mobility. She has completed her Advanced CIPD diploma.
Her major focus is hiring across the Financial Services including; Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Investment Banks, as well as the Professional Services and Legal sectors.
