Jane Brockliss is learning and development professional and Operations Director at Awbery. With a current focus on developing holistic learning and development strategies that consider excellence in leadership programme design and ensure learning continues and grows in the workplace post-programme. Jane co-established Awbery in 1993. She has recently completed six years of doctoral research into strategic leadership learning transfer, and is passionate about using the findings to help clients improve their return on investment in learning.
Jane’s background blends operational, project and strategic planning positions in industry, with academic positions at both the London School of Economics and the University of Derby.
