I am a Human Resources professional and an Executive Coach with more than 15 years of experience working in the City of London. I combine these two passions by working as the Head of HR for a rail company three days a week and by running my own Executive Coaching company (Jalas Coaching Ltd – www.jalascoaching.com) on the other two days. I am also an Advisory Board Member at City Sail (an AI/HR tech start-up – www.citysail.co.uk). Additionally I offer HR consultancy services to other start-ups and small companies.
