Executive and Leadership Coach & Workplace Wellbeing & Conflict Resolution

Karen Liebenguth is an accredited coach and mindfulness trainer. She offers executive coaching working with leaders, managers and teams in the workplace. Karen deeply cares about helping people learn and develop in their personal and professional lives.

Her approach focuses on creating time and space for clients to embrace change, to reflect on their purpose and values, their inner life: feelings, triggers, fixed beliefs, biases, motivations, impulses, actions, mind-set and attitude.

Karen trained in restorative facilitation, a particular mediation approach, to help people in conflict repair relationships and find a way forward together.

Karen is the co-founder of a 6-week Ethical Leadership Programme, an immersive development journey for conscious leaders that involves sharing personal insights, and listening to and learning from the experiences of like minded peers in a kind and supportive group setting: https://parcival.co.uk/services/ethical-leadership-programme
