Lauren is currently a Principal Consultant at PSI Talent Measurement, leading global solution provider for identifying, selecting, and building talent. She works with a wide variety of sectors and organisations, and has experience in delivering recruitment and selection solutions, psychometrics, training design and delivery, creating development solutions, and co-ordinating and managing team members and associates.

Lauren specialises in designing and building online systems and products, as well as implementing a wide range of assessments and exercises. She works with UK and international partners to create bespoke and blended assessments, managing the entire implementation process for a wide variety of clients.
