Lucy trained and qualified as an employment lawyer in the City of London, advising employers on a range of HR related matters and employment disputes. In 2010, Lucy relocated to Asia and worked as a foreign qualified lawyer for an international law firm, providing advice and training to employers across the APAC region. Upon returning to the UK in 2016, Lucy joined Make Business, part of Make UK, as an HR & Legal Adviser where she now focuses on the design and delivery of employment law training and publications.
