Mike Maughan is the Head of Global Insights at Qualtrics where he works on special operations as well as oversees thought leadership and research, corporate social responsibility, sponsorships, global corporate communications, social media and analyst relations.

Mike co-founded the 5 For The Fight Foundation with Qualtrics CEO Ryan Smith, which is focused on raising funds for cancer research. Widely viewed as an expert on millennials in the workplace, he frequently contributes to major news organizations.

Mike has a BA from Brigham Young University, an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
