Prior member of the Worldwide Executive Committee of L’Oréal Professional Products Division, where he worked for 16 years in 4 countries, Minter creates bespoke executive programs designed to activate digital transformation. His second book, Futureproof, How To GetYour Business Ready For The Next Disruption (Pearson/FT) co-written with Caleb Storkey, was awarded Business Book Award 2018 in the category of Embracing Change. His latest book, HeartificialEmpathy, Putting Heart into Business and Artificial Intelligence, bowed in December 2019, and was shortlisted for the Business Book Award 2019. He is non-executive Board Director of ECV Paris and previously of Lastminute.com Group. Minter is passionate about The Grateful Dead, padel tennis and languages.
