Robert is an experienced global HR leader, with over 20 years HR experience across sectors as diverse as software, infrastructure, property and the public sector. Now HRD at Reward Gateway, the employee engagement technology company, he has responsibility for People worldwide, including Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications and Recruitment.

Robert is a fellow of the CIPD, holds a Masters in HR from London Southbank University and an MBA from Imperial College Business School.
