Sarah Ozanne is a partner in the Employment team of law firm CMS. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Sarah regularly advises on senior executive recruitment and departures, restructurings and redundancies, restrictive covenants and team moves, as well as employment aspects of disposals and acquisitions, outsourcings and integration – including TUPE in a private and public sector context.
