Starting out as a financial services journalist some 20 years ago, Suzanne has extensive experience as a writer and editor. Her career extended into the healthcare, social care and employee benefits sectors as an in-house Corporate Communications Manager for companies including Simplyhealth and Bupa. For the past seven years, Suzanne has run her own communications consultancy firm with clients including Fitbug, Willis Towers Watson, Generali UK, Arthur J. Gallagher and Equiniti. She also writes as an independent for various HR and intermediary publications and freelances with Carr Consulting & Communications.
