Having founded Temporall, Thomas has led the business to develop a new category of software, organisational intelligence in the belief that continuous organisational data and analytical insights are critical enterprise assets. Temporall works with the C-Suite to help them make better informed decision making with a depth and frequency to meet the needs of modern business. Workbench, Temporall’s organisational insights platform and their Partners’ expertise helps unlock and improve company performance in critical areas including strategy, transformation, and culture & people.

Thomas is an expert in the business use of machine learning, digital technologies, leadership and the complexities of operating in multiple markets in times of unprecedented change. He strongly believes that every organisation is unique and has the power to choose their own destiny. He has a humanistic approach to life and work.

Before Temporall, Thomas spent 10 years at Google, leading the UK&I Cloud business as Country Manager, then became Director of Northern, Eastern & Central Europe, before becoming Global Director of Partnerships.  Thomas is a highly regarded keynote speaker and has had articles published on FastCo and Medium and he featured in the Financial Times series “Meet the Career Changers”. He is a NED, and Council member at the TCES Group, and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
