Leading the Global Citizenship efforts, Tim is responsible for promoting and developing the great work Alexander Mann Solutions is doing in the communities they do business in. Having been with the company for just over two years, this is a new role for Tim who was previously a part of the highly successful Emerging Talent team where he was focused on Apprenticeship Programmes. Tim can be described as energetic, altruistic, and a foodie.

Tim has 5 years’ experience in the graduate recruitment space as well as a Psychology Degree, HRM Post Graduate and an Executive Education Qualification from London Business School. A highlight for Tim was in 2014 when he was presented with an MBE for his services supporting young people into Enterprise. Tim is a part of the London Mayoral team working as Boris Johnson’s Ambassador for Training & Enterprise.

Before joining Alexander Mann Solutions, Tim set up his own organisation to help youths start their own businesses: the Bright Ideas Trust, which is still working with young people today. He uses this world-changing experience to great effect for the organisation today.
