She has over 20 years’ experience, focusing on strategic internal communications, employee engagement and change communications, supporting leading organisations in hospitality, rail, construction and technology, delivering the right level of communication, aligned to the business strategy and its priorities.
Trudy offers a blended approach of coaching and consulting enabling people to confidently take their leadership to the next level through communication.
She has an MA in Communication Management and is a qualified Executive Coach. She is a Fellow and Chartered PR Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), where she also serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
