Dr Veronica Burke
BH (Hons) PGCE MA PhD

Veronica is a member of Faculty at Cranfield University School of Management where she is Director of the Business Growth Programme, the Cranfield General Management Programme and Co-Director of the Cranfield Talent Development Programme.

She has a strong teaching and consulting background and has held senior Faculty roles in several UK Higher Education Institutions. Her research and publications focus around leadership, conflict management, emotional intelligence and change. She works internationally as an organisational development consultant and executive coach.

Veronica has clients from a range of sectors including financial services, technology, construction, retail and the public sector. Her clients include the BBC, BP and the Home Office.
