The role of technology as a change management tool will be the focus for Cascade HR at this year’s HR Software Show.

Acknowledging CIPD research which shows that organisations experience major change once every three years, Cascade will highlight how proactive software does not only relieve HR teams’ administrative burden, it can support company-wide strategic change too.

Cascade client Sarah Lowe, HR Manager at Sika Limited, is also set to deliver a specialist showcase ‘Utilising HR Software to Effectively Manage Organisational Change’ on the first day of the show.

Explaining the reasoning behind this topical theme, Cascade’s client services director Heather Vitty commented: “We know that all organisations experience change on some level, but failure to prepare for and effectively manage this change can have disastrous consequences on employee morale, staff retention and bottom lines.

“By illustrating how our award-winning technology can be used as a change management tool, we are hopefully safeguarding the wellbeing of organisations’ workforces at the same time as protecting the overall stability and future prosperity of these companies.

“Our focus on change management hopefully also reiterates to both new and existing customers that at Cascade we care about our clients’ futures. We are as dedicated to supporting clients in ten years time, as we are to satisfying their present day needs.”

Long-standing exhibitors at this industry leading CIPD event, Cascade will be showcasing the company’s newly-launched Auto Enrolment module and Real Time Information functionality. As a record number of clients have invested in Cascade’s cloud solution in the last six months, this is also sure to be a hot topic on the stand.

In March 2013 – the same month that Cascade celebrated its 450th client win – the team also scooped the prestigious title of ‘Software Provider of the Year’ at an industry award ceremony. Considering this achievement Heather concludes: “Our team’s commitment to knowledge transfer was one of the things that stood out to the award judges, and our presence at this year’s HRSS will show that we are not about to take our feet off the gas.”
