Seven million patients can’t find a dentist on the NHS for two years
Again, another expensive problem that I have been putting off, getting dental work done. I have found out that I can claim back up to £500 per year on dental expenses through HSF health plan. Not cosmetic (sadly) but I have root canal and filings that can be.
Thought this could be useful to others as we only have one NHS dentist in this area (Kingston) that I spoke to and I have no chance of getting an appointment. You need to be signed up for three months to HSF health plan before you can claim for dental, after that its all covered. Just pay the bill, keep the reciept and send back to them. They send you back a cheque or debit to your account.
