Global Integration, the matrix management training consultancy, is further expanding its Asian presence after a year in the region, a move spearheaded by Vice President Tun-Hao “T.H.” Ong.

The company’s first office in Asia opened in Singapore in February 2010, and has gone from strength to strength. This move seems pretty much in keeping with general trends – so much business is being done in the East that it’s small wonder that Global Integhration is increasingly being called upon to train people there, with a notable demand for cross cultural training.

Ong was born in Singapore and has lived and worked extensively in the U.S. and the Asia Pacific Region. Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese, he has extensive experience in international human resource and management/leadership development roles in the chemical, FMCG, energy and industrial sectors. He also boasts a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA majoring in HR & International Business.

Global Integration’s Vice President Tim Mitchell will remain in the US, and the company is proactively recruiting new training consultants in both the US and Europe.
