Around 100 Public Sector Managers attended "Punk Rock HR" at the PPMA last week, delivered by Mike Collins and Peter Cook.  A manifesto for Simplicity, Brevity and Authenticity in HR to better reach the wants / needs and aspirations of Generation Y etc.
