Can anyone give info on a rolling year? we are allowed 3 absences in one rolling year, if this goes to 4 then action is taken.

I was off last year (2009) from the 12th April to 15th April then another absence in October, then one in March 2010 the latest being 16th April 2010 to 18 April 2010, what would the rolling year in my case be?

Would it be from the 15th April 2009 to the 14th April 2010 which equals 365 days and therefore the first absence in April 2009 falls off because the last absence started on the 16th April which is 2 days beyond the rolling year?

Is a rolling year 12 months / 365 days how is it calculated?
