Making headlines for all the right reasons is a great way to start spring. Especially when the good news is about growth, and that is certainly what we’re about this year. Starting with two senior appointments, this move is critical in spearheading our ambitious plans to treble the size of the business over the next three years.

Firstly we welcome our new Business Development Manager, Diane Bullock, who brings over 15 years’ extensive experience to the role and will help to oversee all aspects of Omni’s business development, including devising and implementing commercial growth strategies to increase market share.

Diane joins Omni having previously managed the HR Shared Services function at Cheshire Constabulary and headed the UK Customer Services Function at leading pharmaceutical company, AstraZeneca, where she also implemented an apprentice and graduate recruitment scheme. Diane has also been responsible for RPO solutions and growing the portfolio of services at East Cheshire NHS Trust.

Michael Quinn joins in the newly-created role of Bid Manager. He brings four years’ experience of successful submission delivery to major, multi-national organisations such as Sainsbury’s, Heathrow Airport, Sir Robert McAlpine and Tottenham Hotspur FC. He will be responsible for servicing new business and expanding existing accounts, providing a solid infrastructure to help support and pave the way for Omni’s growth strategy.

Further positive news includes plans to introduce a range of new products and services that further entrenches our reputation of a modern outsource partner with a history of market-leading innovation.
