SumTotal® Systems, Inc., the global leader in Strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced the opening of its new EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) headquarters based in Reading, U.K. The new office, in the redeveloped Green Park business hub, signifies SumTotal’s continued global expansion and momentum.

The move demonstrates SumTotal’s commitment to and investment in EMEA. The new site will provide a base for the sales, professional services, technical support, account management, marketing and EMEA coordination functions as, well as the senior leadership team.

Malcolm Tinkler, vice president of EMEA, said, “We have been steadily increasing our EMEA footprint during the last few months, and this move highlights our continued investment. Our business is rapidly growing and this is certainly reflected in our latest expansion, which creates a permanent EMEA hub for SumTotal, our customers and prospects.”

The new office doubles the size of SumTotal’s EMEA headquarters and has capacity for growth. SumTotal also recently opened new offices in Munich and expanded its Darmstadt and Paris operations.
The Green Park business hub is one of the biggest developments of its type in Europe and hosts many other global companies. Reading forms part of a technology and business ‘corridor’ of towns near London.
