Editor’s Note
=============
From Honda’s race-finishing position bonus to HSA’s save to buy
property scheme, employers are becoming ever more inventive in
the rewards they offer to employees. And according to the CIPD
the trend towards more varied benefits looks set to expand with
voluntary and flexible benefits becoming more mainstream. This
year alone the numbers offering childcare vouchers and bicycles
will increase by 69%. In our feature of the week, I look at the
range of ‘alternative’ benefits being offered to employees –
