A new way to tackle absenteeism

Employee absence remains a significant cost to 90% of UK 
businesses, with the average level of sickness absence totalling 
8.4 working days per employee, per year. In 2004 workplace 
absence cost the UK 12.4bn pounds through lost productivity. To 
address this issue Medicash recently undertook a research
