This infographic was put together from a global study from Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company, which surveyed over 800 HR professionals and 4,000 employees worldwide.
Other findings from the study include:
- 69 percent of HR professionals in the UK think that demonstrating innovation in recruitment and talent management is crucial to achieving growth targets
- 65 percent of UK HR professionals confirmed their organisation should be doing more to demonstrate innovation in this way
- 76 percent of employees in the UK confirmed that innovative approaches to engagement and development would make them more likely to perform better in their jobs
- 47 percent of UK employees said they would be much more likely to take a role advertised to them or offered in a particularly innovative way
