Lincolnshire Diversity Day – Diversity Conference

pp_default1

  • How can diversity benefit business?
  • What are the implications of equality legislation?
  • What are the equality issues of greatest importance to employers?

These are the questions to be tackled at a diversity conference in the new year at the Lincoln Campus of the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.

The Lincolnshire Diversity Conference, to be held on 31st January 2001, is being sponsored by the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, the Lincolnshire Training and Enterprise Council, the Employment Service and the Lincolnshire Careers and Guidance Service.

Whilst the event is primarily aimed at local businesses, it is likely to have relevance to anyone responsible for employing people: human resource practitioners, personnel practitioners, trainers, managers and supervisory staff.

The day will consist of keynote speakers and workshops, with delegates able to select two out of a choice of eight workshops.
