Editor’s note
=============
Turning a blind eye may be the easiest option but is it right?
Sam Swinstead is faced with a difficult situation this week. A
carer at the old peoples’ home alleges a 92 year old has sexual
harassed her. Further investigation has brought the extent of
the problem to light and found it to be more common amongst the
residents than expected. But does a crude comment or a pat on
the bottom by an elderly tenant constitute harassment and is a
mountain being made of a molehill?
