From surveying over 500 business and people leaders across the UK, we’ve uncovered three compelling findings on the state of workplace culture in 2023.

Our data shows organisational culture is viewed as a route to solving interconnected business problems. Yet, worryingly, many leaders either shirk responsibility for culture change or admit to being rookies who don’t know how to take meaningful action.
