Claudine McClean
Claudine is a specialist lead consultant in the field of Organisational Development and is chartered MCIPD.
Claudine first worked for the DTI as an Executive Officer, responsible for advising small businesses on business planning, recruitment and people development.
She subsequently worked for three years for General Motors where she was responsible for the development of a dealership personnel system and advising on human resources matters.
Following General Motors, she joined Brook Street as a Recruitment Consultant, where she worked for three years establishing long term relationships with customers and advising on competence based recruitment. She was also responsible for the coaching and development of new consultants.
Claudine is responsible for the development of Predaptive’s OD Consulting business.
She has worked with Avon Cosmetics, Levi Strauss, the British Safety Council, Reed Educational and Professional Publishing and Siemens among others.
