Richard has a degree in English and History from Keele University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Neville Russell in 1982.

After working for 12 years in auditing and accounting, for the last 16 years he has worked as a J.D.Edwards consultant. This has taken him to many places in the world and for 11 years he has been resident in Singapore.

Richard has his own business, Richard L Berry Associates, specialising in J.D.Edwards in Real Estate, Construction, Marine Engineering and Asset Intensive industries. His work is mainly in Asia Pacific but he has major implementation experience in UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, China, USA, Belgium, Holland and Brasil. Richard has written many articles on J.D.Edwards implementation issues.

Richard identifies his main strengths as good communication skills, in depth understanding of the industries he specialises in, thorough knowledge of J.D.Edwards ERP solution and a strong professionalism.
