Sharon Cooper
Sharon Cooper is Director of Human Resources EMEA for IPC Information Systems, a leading provider of mission-critical communications solutions to the world’s largest financial services firms, as well as to public safety, government, power, energy, utility and transportation organisations.
Sharon served as an Army Officer for over nine years, leaving in the rank of Captain in the late 1980s when she started her career in Human Resources. Her experience as an HR generalist has covered the manufacturing and distribution sectors as well as financial services and high tech organisations.
She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, having studied at Norwich City College, and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management awarded by Leicester University.
She is now based in the City of London and also has responsibility for offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Milan and Dubai.
