Dear All,
I am studying a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and have chosen to study the impact of HRM on company performance and competitive advantage as my dissertation topic.
I would be really interested to canvass opinions and perceptions specifically from within the HR field. My own experiences have been from running my own recruitment business.
My research thus far has clearly highlighted the complexity in linking the two, and I am keen to understand what HR think about their impact. Not only on recruitment of talent but the ongoing development, training and engagement of workers towards the success of the business.
Finally I am also interested in HR’s perception of themselves, how do they feel employees and senior management view their contribution…?
Happy to share my conclusions and look forward to the debate.
