The countdown begins; have your say on your levels of satisfaction with your software suppliers in this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards.
Large corporate HR systems are struggling to keep up with the popular vote for smaller independent UK software houses in the early voting for the Software Satisfaction Awards 2008.
With just two weeks to go in the online vote, the leading enterprise contenders in the enterprise HR software category are Cezanne and HR.net from Vizual, with comparatively few votes for software giants such as Oracle and SAP.
In the talent management category, last year’s winner Taleo is currently being challenged by Element 78’s Carbon 360 online appraisal system and iRecruiter’s iCMS.
Over the past year, HRZone.co.uk has documented how bigger groups such as Sage, IRIS and COA Solutions have brought consolidation to the HR software market by acquiring specialists such as Snowdrop, CSG and ASR respectively. But in the mid-range HR software category of this year’s awards, SelectHR, Octopus and Cascade are making the running. ASR, the winner of last year’s integrated HR software category, is currently lagging behind these companies in terms of participating users, but the crucial user satisfaction ratings for functionality, ease of use, reliability and value for money have not yet been calculated.
The ratings will be worked out during August and will be revealed at the Software Satisfaction Awards 2008 gala dinner in October.
To give your software supplier a chance to pick up an award, please take a few minutes to complete the online Software Satisfaction survey.
More than 300 HRZone.co.uk members have completed the questionnaire so far – but what about you? As well as determining which supplier has the happiest users, the data will also help us map the underlying trends in HR technology and shape HRZone.co.uk’s coverage in the coming year.
