The two discuss how Oracle is attempting to create a socially-connected environment in order to enable the software giant’s 22,000 employees in the region to communicate and collaborate more effectively.
The conversation is based around a keynote speech that that Christopher is giving at the Social Workplace Conference, being held in London on Tuesday 1 November. His presentation will explore how to develop a social business strategy and tackle the cultural change required in moving to a more social way of working in order to ensure that it is sustainable.
