And our survey said… the HRzone member survey results

pp_default1

Last month we asked the whole audience several questions about what type of information they want from us, as well as in which format, how they want it delivered, what subjects they are most interested in and what they’d like to see more of. I’d like to share with you some of the results most relevant to you.

What we found out – Charlie’s top five tips for engaging with our audience

  1. Most readers – a huge 85% – access HRzone while at work. We are a firmly professional community.
  2. Campaign collateral tips: the top content types appreciated were practical guides, whitepapers and downloads, free resources and template policies. These kinds of content will help you engage with our audience. We additionally provide editorial consultations to help you tailor your message.
  3. Employment law and compliance is still a top priority for our readers. Other favourite subjects include employee engagement, making HR more strategic, learning and development, talent and benefits.
  4. HRzone values the opinion of experts. When looking for someone to collate a report for a whitepaper download or a webinar host, find someone who’s an expert in the HR field.
  5. Our twice-weekly bulletins are still really popular. This is how over 70% of our readers most like to receive our content. This convenient method means they can simply click through their inbox to view the content they want to see – perhaps an editorial feature written by an expert, or maybe a download from your campaign.

As editor there's also a lot of information in the survey results to help me formulate the features and editorial focus for the future. Laura, Michael and I are all happy to advise you on the best way to approach our readers and engage with the community
