Hi, I am currently working my way through our staff handbook to see what sections need updating and have reached maternity leave and pay.
I understand that there is no longer a difference between ordinary and additional leave in that contractual entitlements now continue throughout the 52 weeks leave period but am confused about whether there is still a difference between the rights on returning i.e. to the same job or a similar job.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
