As an organisation we re-imburse car users and cyclists for their costs and mileage whilst on work business and would like to do the same for users of public transport. It seems very bureaucratic to expect staff to keep individual tickets especially as some have monthly passes. Does anybody have details of policies used by their employers to re-imburse public transport users?
