We are an engineering organisation going through a growth period and are finding it increasingly difficult to recruit electrical and automation engineering skills.

Recently we have recruited some employees from Poland who have approached us directly which has worked really well. I am wondering if anyone has any experiences or contacts they can share that we can use to target and attract candidates from within the EU.
