I am the claimant in an ET and am about to start contacting witnesses for my hearing.
How do I contact them (one is a person who has also left the company I used to work for and who I have had to trace through directory enquiries), are there rules about how to make contact? Also, is there a standard witness form which I should ask each witness to complete?
