I am currently drafting our maternity policy and have been asked to provide a comparison of what other companies provide in terms of additional statutory maternity payments.

I would like to incorporate some sort of return to work bonus – as an incentive for those eligible to come back. To be made payable if they are still employed 6 months into their return date.

We are a medium sized stockbroking company and recognise the value of our female workforce in our company and the positive contribution that it made.

Does anyone have any ideas / comments / policies that they can share with me on this?

Thank you
