We operate a 480-bed hospital providing full medical care including open heart surgery. We recruit many physicians and medical professionals (especially nurses)from the UK. Over the years, we have found it difficult to obtain information on the total rewards provided to such professionals. We prefer to compare our rewards to those prvided by the private sector more so than the NHS. Still, we are interested in obtaining information on NHS rewards.
