I work in an organisation with a client group who have learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. Once a member of staff confirms they are pregnant a risk assessment is undertaken however there is sometimes a reluctance for staff to continue working in contact with clients and administration duties are often requested. I am considering using an occupational health provider to assist in the process and would like to hear of anyone who has experience in this area.
