I have been informed by 2 consultants that we are liable for the full 4 weeks paid holiday entitlement as soon as a new employee starts with us. If this is the case it would appear grossly unfair as we would be obligated to provide the full entitlement to new recruits as well as any possible subsequent termination, even if the person had only been employed 1 day.
