The charity organisation I work for is seeking samples of two policies. One is a procurement policy to set out financial management procedures on purchasing goods and services, including requirement to seek quotations or tenders for significant costs. The second is a conflict of interests policy to ensure both staff and trustees may engage in outside, related activities without conflict of interest to our organisation (eg serving on other charities’ boards).
