Does anyone have a ‘Return to work’ proforma that they have used successfully?
I work at a FE/HE College and we are about to coach managers in carrying out return work interviews after sickness absence. Any ideas or assistance would be much appreciated as we have to do this quickly as part of our College Recovery Plan
